Whole Fat Milk

Instructions
Preparation
Soak almonds for 4 hours in water and then peel the skin.
Add blanched almonds and milk in the food processor.
Grind until it forms a smooth paste. This paste should be thick but should be able to flow through.
Sweet
Heat 1 and a half tbsps of ghee in a large pan and add almond paste.
Stir it in and add sugar and stir well.
After the sugar melts and the mixture starts to splutter, add the remaining ghee.
When the halwa thickens and ghee leaves the sides, add saffron strands or food color.
Top it with powdered cardamom and serve.
Notes
Keep in medium flame and keep stirring to avoid halwa getting burnt.
