Mutter Paneer is a tomato-onion based spicy gravy topped with peas and paneer. Usually I prepare the tomato-onion paste, that is the base ingredient for this dish, during the weekend and freeze it. It is very versatile and can be used for a plethora of dishes! On a lazy day, I just throw in the frozen  paste and whatever vegetables available and some spices and there, a nice side dish in just a matter of minutes! It can be yummily served hot with rotis or just plain cooked rice.
