Boil water in a saucepan.
In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp of ghee and fry cashews. Remove cashews.
Add rawa to the same pan and roast till it turns light golden.
Add boiled water to the roasted rawa slowly little by little.
Keep stirring continuously until rawa is cooked.
Add sugar, saffron and the 1 tbsp of ghee and stir well.
When the mixture leaves the sides, stop stirring and bring it to low flame.
